What is the returns, exchange and refund policy?
We do not cancel, or offer refunds or exchanges on any our products
We however are happy to exchange goods that are faulty or damaged or incomplete upon receiving them
We make this clear when you place your order
Please check your products upon delivery that they are complete and not damaged
If the goods are faulty, damaged or incomplete upon receipt, do not accept them, return them immediately through the delivery company
Goods that are received by the customer are presumed to be satisfactory

How much will delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery fee will depend on the weight and destination of your order, which will be calculated at checkout . Your goods will be delivered between 3-5 working days.
If an item is out of stock online, can I still order it over the phone?
You will be unable to order the item online but you contact email@example.com to find out when the product will be available.
