Change or Cancel an Order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. If you need to change details of your delivery address, please email us at customerservice@sigoja.com. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange.

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, please email our Customer Service team on customerservice@sigoja.com. If your order arrives and the goods are faulty, damaged or incomplete, please fill in our customer service form or send an email to customerservice@sigoja.com or call 08092 333444

Returns Procedure

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please see below for full details of our returns and refunds policy:

We do not cancel, or offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products.
We however are happy to exchange goods that are faulty or damaged or incomplete upon receiving them.
We make this clear when you place your order in our Terms and Conditions.
Please check your products upon delivery that they are complete and not damaged. If the goods are faulty, damaged or incomplete upon receipt, do not accept them, return them immediately through the delivery company.
Goods that are received by the customer are presumed to be satisfactory.
We do not accept returned products if the goods are not faulty, damaged or incomplete.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from Sigoja.com except the products ordered are out of stock
We are happy to offer exchanges or an e-voucher on faulty or damaged goods/products which are faulty/damaged upon delivery only.
